🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because our items are personal care products, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products

• Hair Oil, Hair Mask, and Shampoo (once packaging is opened)

• Change of mind

This policy ensures hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all our customers.

• The product arrived damaged

• Your item was missing from the package
