Q: How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A: Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. If you don’t receive it within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
A: Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at 📩 Shimmerpakistan@gmail.com with your order number and new address.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit/Credit Cards, and other secure online payment options listed at checkout.
